Wellness PSI, Dr. Sherri Gallagher

Time and again, it has been shown that those experiencing mental health concerns suffer not just from a chemical imbalance — but from a “dis-ease” of the mind / body / spirit. As humans, we are born in a natural homeostasis and place of wellness; we are born whole. Life is riddled with difficulty, and this can sometimes result in a shift from this wholeness. Dr. Gallagher’s aim is to help you regain the wellness that is naturally part of you.

Dr. Gallagher provides evaluation services to children, adolescents, and young adults and their families, with a specialty in early childhood (infancy through preschool). She also provides psychological assessments for a variety of developmental disorders, including Autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and learning disorders. Her interventions focus on returning the individual / family to a state of wellness and happiness. Dr. Gallagher believes that each person’s birthright is to be happy and healthy. As part of her practice, she collaborates with schools, psychiatrists, pediatricians, and other therapists to provide integrative care.

Starting in January, Dr. Gallagher will start offering therapy again. Learn more about her testing and therapy services here.

Sedona Psychiatry, Susan Bigley, FNP/PMHNP-BC

Susan’s philosophy reflects a deep understanding of the complexity of human experience and the importance of addressing mental health challenges. By recognizing that we are all continually evolving, she acknowledges the fluidity of personal growth and the need for adaptable approaches to mental health care.

Her holistic approach goes beyond simply prescribing medication to alleviate symptoms. Instead, she recognizes that true healing often requires addressing various aspects of a person’s life, including their lifestyle habits, personal goals, and behavioral patterns. By incorporating elements such as goal setting and behavioral counseling, Susan empowers her clients to actively participate in their own journey towards mental wellness.

Integrating medication management with lifestyle habits, personal goals, and behavioral counseling, Susan ensures a well-rounded treatment plan. This empowers her clients to take an active role in their healing journey, promoting lasting change. This multifaceted strategy addresses immediate mental health concerns but also nurtures overall well-being and resilience. Learn more about my services here.
